Called 3 different roofers and Powell Roofing was the only one to call us back within a few hours, one took a week and another still hasn’t returned our call. Powell Roofing did an outstanding job! James is also the MOST RESPONSIVE contractor I have ever worked with! I would call and leave a message and always got a call back quickly! He answered all of our questions, and we had many, quickly. A roof isn’t cheap and he had no problem with explaining everything clearly. I would definitely hire him again!

First of all, I want to say that Powell Roofing did a phenomenal job on my roof. I was so impressed with their service from start to finish. Their customer service was second to none. They were willing to work me during the closing process on my new home and were extremely flexible as I had to make a lot of changes before the replacement date. James and the roofing crew were thorough courteous, respectful, and hard working. They cleaned up very well upon completion of the roof. They showed up early and completed both house and detached garage in just 1 day! James is very skilled and gives honest opinions and estimates on roofs which is hard to find with most companies. With the quality of their work there is not a doubt in my mind that my roof will last for decades!
